What is Your Favorite Part of your Job?
Dale: Helping people succeed.
Taylor: Setting and achieving goals with my farm teams.
Brittany: I enjoy working one-on-one with dairy producers and their teams. Every farm produces milk, but everyone does it so differently it’s fun to work with a variety of different producers.
Jill: Working with dairy producers and their MDI teams. These people are amazing!
Makenzie: Listening to farmer’s stories! Each farm has its own personality, history, and way of doing things. I love seeing the pride and dedication that shines through in every conversation-it’s inspiring.
Heidi: I LOVE working with the dairy families, helping them in anyway I can to achieve their goals.
Kristen: Helping younger farmers build their dream cattle facilities.
Karen: Finding resources that producers may use to increase their profitability.
Jay: Helping farms succeed and meet their goals.
Emily: Seeing the positive impact of MDI on-farm teams! MDI is such a great program and I enjoy hearing about farm’s successes.
